Scope
This policy describes Visual Routines version 0.1.0, provided by Melkonen Oy. It describes the app as it works now.
Data Stored On Your Device
Visual Routines stores the routines you create, including routine names, steps, notes, order, and selected bundled-image references. It also stores image descriptions, active routine progress, and local display settings. Routine text may contain personal information if you choose to enter it. Temporary local recovery files may be created while routines are saved safely.
Collection And Sharing
The app does not transmit your routine data, progress, or settings to Melkonen Oy, advertisers, analytics providers, or another developer-operated service. The current app has no app account, backend, analytics, advertising, tracking, or Internet permission, and it integrates no third-party data-collection service.
Device-To-Device Transfer
Cloud backup is disabled. On supported Android versions, Android's device migration can transfer routines, active progress, and settings to another device during migration. Android or the device migration service handles that transfer; the app does not send the data to Melkonen Oy.
Retention And Deletion
A routine remains on the device until you delete it in the app, clear the app's storage, or uninstall the app. Active progress remains until you complete or reset it, replace it after confirmation, clear app storage, or uninstall. Settings remain until you change them, clear app storage, or uninstall. Data already transferred to another device must be removed separately on that device.
Local Security
Android's app sandbox protects the app-private files from ordinary access by other apps. Visual Routines does not add its own encryption, so do not use routine text as a secure vault for confidential information.
Future Changes
This policy covers the current local-only app. If a future release adds accounts, synchronization, remote routine management, or other network or data processing, Melkonen Oy will update this policy and the relevant user disclosures before enabling or releasing that feature. This policy does not describe or authorize features that are absent from the current version.
