What it does
- Uses the rider's current FTP setting
- Includes a structured warmup and cooldown by default
- Targets the requested duration within about ±60 seconds
- Produces a normal editable workout instead of an AI-only object
How to write a good prompt
The best prompts are short, practical, and specific about the training intent.
45-minute easy endurance ride50-minute workout with 3 x 8-minute threshold intervals30-minute light recovery ride after a hard day
Ask for the training goal, not exact watt numbers or formatting tricks.
Limits and safeguards
- Free-ride segments are not part of the generated structured path
- The generator stays inside the importable structured subset used by the app
- Very hard or niche requests may still need manual editing afterward
The current policy target is 3 requests per device per UTC day.
When to edit instead of regenerate
Open the generated workout in the editor when the overall idea is right but one block, duration, or title needs tuning.
