Desktop Editor

The Ewoc desktop editor is for creating, previewing, and exporting structured workouts with more space and control than the mobile path.

What it is for

  • Build a workout from scratch
  • Inspect or revise an existing structured workout
  • Manage steps, preview output, and validation feedback with more room

Main editor areas

  • Document and title: basic workout identity
  • Segments: the core workout structure
  • Properties: fields for the selected segment
  • Preview and validation: what the workout looks like and whether export is allowed

Create a simple first workout

  1. Create a new workout and add a title
  2. Add a warmup segment
  3. Add one main work block
  4. Add a cooldown
  5. Review preview and validation before export
