This page explains how to collect useful diagnostics, what a support bundle is, and what information helps most when reporting a problem.

Start simple first

  • Confirm Bluetooth is on
  • Move the phone or tablet closer to the trainer
  • Wake the trainer again
  • Close other apps that may be controlling it

Use the compatibility check when it fits

The compatibility path is especially useful when trainer control fails before the first real ride or when the trainer connects but does not respond correctly.

What a support bundle is

  • A diagnostic package the app can prepare to help investigate issues
  • Useful when the problem is real, repeatable, or hard to explain from memory
  • Handled with explicit user review and confirmation before upload
  • Support bundles are not sent to OpenAI

What to send with a report

Include what you were trying to do, the device model, trainer model, whether the issue happened during setup/import/AI/live ride, the file name if relevant, and any exact app message you saw.
